Andrew (Drew) Kashella is Senior Vice President of Origination for Innovative Mortgage. He has over twenty-five years of experience as a sales executive with extensive experience in residential mortgage sales, servicing and management. Drew has served in numerous leadership roles including branch, district and regional management. He also has a depth of experience in marketing, compliance, quality assurance, collections and call center management. Drew’s professional background also includes lead distribution, loan origination and sales, profit center management and internal operational, regulatory, and statutory risk management. Drew received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola College in Baltimore.

John Tredo is the Chief Accounting Officer for Innovative Mortgage.  Prior to joining Innovative, he worked for eleven years in public accounting, focusing on tax and financial accounting for small and mid-sized companies, tax services for individuals, with a foreign tax specialization.  John also has experience in both insurance and service industry accounting. He also has a background in the financial services and banking industries, previously holding various securities licenses, with extensive knowledge of back-office operations.  He was a member of Beta Alpha Psi and has his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida.  John also generously devotes his time to the Boy Scouts of America serving as the District Chair and South Pinellas County Lead Adult Volunteer.
