Issues Logging Into Arive
Multif-factor Issues: Arive is aware that there is an issue with their third-party SMS delivery provider for multi-factor authentication having delivery issues. Due to this, some users are having difficulty logging in. In this event, users can still log into ARIVE by resetting their MFA and using an authenticator app to authenticate. Please go to support.arive.com and start a chat if you need help with these steps! (The chat feature takes a second to pop up, but it will appear in the bottom right corner of the support page).
Browser Login Issues: Settings, then Privacy and Security, then turn off the DNS, log in and out of Chrome, turn the DNS on again, and select Google (Public DNS).

2. Client Needs. Ive been using the client needs to request documents from borrowers. Once they upload them and I accept the item it still shows as accepted in the client needs. Ive been asked to delete the item as one of my borrowers said the list keeps coming to him. If I delete the item from client needs will it stay in the document folder. Should I make it a habit of deleting client needs that are accepted? Including the items sent for eSign??
3. Hometown Heroes. Is there a way to record the subordinate lien as an affordable loan. LP gives an error message saying the lien is not an affordable loan so it wont approve the CLTV.
4. Back in April there was discussion about when to Suspend or Archive a loan. We were told that management was working on guidelines to address that, and we should not use those statuses for now. Are those guidelines available yet?
