Self-processing:

Please note that in order to be approved to self-process a file you MUST have closed at least 10-15 loans with Innovative, using an approved third party processor. If you meet that criteria and would like to self-process a file, please make sure to do the following:

1. Register the file on the Self-Processing Registration tab below. 
2. Once your file has been reviewed for self processing you'll receive an update in the "Notes" section of your Arive file that will let you know if your self processing request has been approved or denied. Please make sure you check the Notes section to know whether or not you are approved to move forward. 
3. Make sure to reference the appropriate PDF below, as it has specific timeline criteria that needs to be met. Follow the Self-Processing Requirements EXACTLY as they are written. 

If you do not complete ALL of the above steps for self-processing, your commission could be subject to a $500 penalty fee.
